Get ready to make waves as the ABC Long Course Leg 1 Swimming Competition kicks off this February! This meet is part of the Philippine Aquatics Long Course Series, designed to give swimmers quality competition and opportunities to reach their full potential.

โฐ Warm-up: 6:30 AM
๐ Start of Meet: 8:00 AM
๐น Open to all PAI-registered swimmers in good standing
๐น Long Course (50m) competition
๐น Serves as part of the basis for international tryouts including Asian Age Group, Youth Olympic Games, and SEA Age Group competitions
